Quality Adult Family Homes
Dear Friend,
It is probably a very trying time in your life. You need to find an Adult Family Home, and you don't know quite where to start. You have probably been given the State's list of thousands of providers, which you may have narrowed downed to 100 or so for the cities you are interested in, and on paper, they all look the same. They all look the same, because the State only has time to keep so much information on each Adult Family Home. To make matters worse, many of the Adult Family Homes are out of business, and most don't have websites or the websites they do have are incomplete.
Where do you go for help? There are dozens of companies with reassuring names that promote free service from caring professionals. Sound about right? I personally believe that you don't need, an entire industry trying to take advantage of you and your situation. There should be a law, but there isn't, and that isn't going to change anytime soon.
Sometimes it seems like we live in a world where trust and personal service are becoming harder to come by each day. I have resolved myself to the fact that I can't control how the world does business, but I can control how I do business in this world.
I have wonderful clients, and they trust me to find a Quality Adult Family Home for their loved one. They know that I maintain a private network of Adult Family Homes that I have personally visited and that provide exceptional service in the Seattle Area.
I am sorry, but I can only help you in Seattle and the surrounding areas (like Kent as an example). I also can't help people with only Medicaid/Medicare funding (shady laws and every shadier Providers), but if you have private funding and need help in the Puget Sound, consider getting a hold of me.
